Once a service is availed and payment is made, the amount paid is non-refundable. However, in case of a technical failure from our end preventing service delivery, a refund may be applicable.

Refunds for technical failures are processed within 2 working days using the original payment method.
Services successfully availed and commenced are non-refundable. This includes all AI services delivered without technical issues.
