g8trip — Your Personal AI Travel Agent

Most people open forty browser tabs when planning a trip. None of them talk to each other. None of them book anything. g8trip is the single place that goes from "I want to go somewhere" to a confirmed plan — with Vani doing the research.

Why we built this

I spent 18 years building digital products — at ShareChat, Dailyhunt, Vizury. I understood how the internet worked. I still found trip planning genuinely painful.

Every trip started the same way: a dozen tabs, conflicting blog posts, and no single place that went from intent to a confirmed plan. I built g8trip because I was the user. Not because I spotted a gap on a slide — because I kept making the same avoidable mistakes and thought someone should fix this.

The result is Vani — an AI travel agent that plans full itineraries, searches live flights and hotels, handles visa research, and works as well for a solo traveller as it does for a group of twelve trying to agree on dates.

40

The average number of tabs a traveller has open while planning a trip.

None of them book anything. Vani replaces all of them.

What Vani can do for you

One conversation. Everything you need to plan, search, and book a trip.

Day-by-day itineraries
Built around how you travel

Tell Vani where you want to go and for how long. She asks what matters — travel style, dates, starting city — and produces a structured day-by-day plan. Supports road trips, fly-and-explore, multi-city tours, single-base stays, treks, and hybrid routes.

Live flight search
Real prices, inside the chat

Vani searches live flight inventory — one-way, return, economy or business — and shows prices, duration, stops, and baggage allowance. You complete the booking; she handles the research.

Hotels with live availability
Filtered to what you actually want

Pool, beachfront, free cancellation, private villa, breakfast included — tell Vani what matters. She searches live inventory and returns options with confirmed pricing.

Visa requirements
Current answers, not 2021 forum posts

Vani covers visa requirements, processing times, and documents for any destination — including full Schengen multi-country logic. She links directly to Atlys for applications when you are ready.

Tours, activities and trains
Booking links, not just suggestions

Food tours, hot air balloons, museum entries, train journeys across Europe and Japan — Vani surfaces booking links via Klook and partner sites so you can confirm without a separate search.

Travel insurance and eSIM
The practicalities, sorted

Multi-provider insurance quotes covering medical, cancellation, and lost baggage. International eSIMs via Saily for 80+ countries. Ask Vani before the trip and not at the boarding gate.

Group planning
One plan everyone agrees on

Shared planning sessions where everyone can chat with Vani, compare options, and land on a plan without the back-and-forth that turns group trips into scheduling negotiations.

Nearby places and weather
Ground-level detail, on demand

Restaurants, ATMs, pharmacies, transport stops near any location — powered by Google Places. 16-day weather forecasts or historical climate data for dates further out.

Budget optimiser
Coming into full view

Tell Vani your total budget and she analyses your booking checklist against live prices — flagging where you are overspending and suggesting alternatives. Still rolling out across all trip types.

Our mission

Make great trip planning accessible to any traveller — not just the ones who have time to spend forty hours researching before they can pack a bag. Vani does the research. You do the travelling.

Our vision

A world where the gap between "I want to go somewhere" and a confirmed, well-planned trip is measured in minutes. We are building toward that — one conversation at a time.

Start planning. The tabs can wait.

Tell Vani where you want to go. She will handle the rest.
